Building with 5 apartments is in a one way, quiet street, although it is in the center of Novalja: 80 meters from City Hall; this is the second parallel street to the seacoast - 160 meters from the sea. The building has 3 floors and was built last year: ceramic tiles and parquet floors are all new, as well as the aluminum windows and oak doors; the furniture, mattresses, air conditioners, water boilers, refrigerators, sinks, ovens, up to the toasters and teapots, are brand new.

About the Neighborhood
It is the actual center: City Hall, the City Museum, and the Cultural Center are within 300 m; 85% of cafes, cocktail bars, restaurants, fast-food outlets, grocery stores, and bakeries are within 1000 m. The first beach is 280 m away, by foot - for the first dip.
How to reach us
The airport is rather far [that is why many prefer to come by car] so that the taxi price is around 110€, for one to four people - same price. Even vans up to 8 people charge the same fixed price. Often you can find people at the airport willing to share the ride (and the cost) to Novalja.The cheaper option is to take the bus to Zadar (which is frequent), and another bus from Zadar to Novalja (goes several times a day).
